Mrs. Doyle’s Earth Science students took learning outside today in our high school’s outdoor classroom! 🌎💧
As part of our surface and groundwater unit, students used our new wetland restoration area to explore how wetlands help improve water quality. They also conducted a hands-on experiment testing the porosity and permeability of different sized sediments to see how groundwater moves beneath the surface.
